Lake Ridge Physical Therapy was founded by Chris Greetham and Hadi Fathalikhani in June 2000, and soon expanded to Chantilly, Dumfries/Montclair, and Lorton.

​

All therapists are licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapists. They have a wealth of experience, and have expertise in all aspects of

physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation.
